The Vieira work ethic started a generation before V3 Construction—with Tony’s father, Gaspar Covas. Gaspar was the first in the family to step into skilled labor, setting a standard the next generations would carry forward. What began as a way to provide became a family craft, then a reputation, and eventually an investment—built on quality and follow-through, day in and day out.

With over 30 years in construction, Tony Vieira leads V3 Construction with steady, field-first leadership and the ability to pivot quickly when conditions change. He has managed union crews on demanding commercial foundation projects, from ground-up builds to phased expansions in active facilities. His leadership keeps layout, forming, rebar, placement, and finishing sequenced correctly, inspected thoroughly, and executed to spec—so the concrete supports the schedule instead of controlling it.

Brendan Vieira represents the next generation of that same standard. Detail-driven and proactive, he helps set crews up for success by tightening coordination before it costs time. Brendan specializes in reading architectural and structural drawings, catching conflicts early, and translating plans into clear layout strategy, embeds and blockout coordination, and tight pour plans crews can trust.

Kyle Vieira completes the three “V”s behind V3—bringing the same Vieira standard to transportation and logistics so each jobsite has what it needs to keep moving. He operates company vehicles to deliver equipment and materials safely and on schedule, coordinates with dispatch and the field team to meet deadlines, and maintains accurate delivery and inventory documentation—keeping operations efficient, compliant, and job-ready.

Together, they bring experience, precision, and accountability to every project under the Vieira name.
